However, life brings circumstances when you may need to take time off from work or you may need some help to remain at work. When you have a serious health condition and need to take care of yourself.

When a family member has a serious health condition and needs your help.


To Welcome a Child

When you need to care for a newborn child or the placement of an adopted or foster child.


For Other Reasons (Military, Personal, etc.)

When you need to take time off for military deployment, child bereavement, etc.

When you need an adjustment to perform your job duties due to your own disability.
